Leave a legacy to our foundation
By including our foundation in your will, you make wishes possible in the long term as well. Thanks to our ANBI status, your legacy goes entirely towards our wish rides.
Leaving a legacy to a good cause
You can include our foundation in your will in two ways: through a legacy or through an inheritance. If our foundation holds ANBI status at the time of death and the estate is used for the public benefit, the foundation is in principle exempt from inheritance tax. For your personal situation we always advise you to discuss this with your notary. This means the amount or asset you leave goes towards granting wishes for people who are ill or live with a disability.
Two ways to leave a legacy
Legacy (bequest)
With a legacy you leave a fixed amount or a specific asset, for example a sum of money or an object. You determine the size yourself. You record this in your will at the notary.
Inheritance
With an inheritance you appoint our foundation as (co-)heir for part of your estate. We then receive a predetermined percentage of the inheritance.

Would you like to include us in your will? Then pass on our full details to your notary. This ensures your legacy reaches the right foundation.

Entirely towards wishes
If our foundation holds ANBI status at the time of death (RSIN 865237645) and the estate is used for the public benefit, the foundation is in principle exempt from inheritance tax. For your personal situation we always advise you to discuss this with your notary. Your legacy is therefore spent on granting wishes and maintaining our vehicles.
