Giving with tax benefits
Periodic gift
With a periodic gift you give a fixed amount for at least five years. Depending on your situation this can be tax-efficient, and you give us the certainty to keep planning wishes.
What is a periodic gift?
A periodic gift is a donation in which you commit to giving a fixed amount for at least five consecutive years. Because we are a recognised ANBI (Dutch public benefit organisation), a periodic gift can, under the applicable conditions, be fully deductible from income tax, without the threshold and maximum that apply to ordinary gifts. A visit to the notary is not needed: we record the arrangement in a mutual gift agreement.
How to arrange it
- 1
Get in touch
Let us know that you want to make a periodic gift and with which annual amount. Our treasurer will help you without obligation.
- 2
Gift agreement
We draw up a mutual gift agreement with the legally required details. Both parties sign it, no notary is required.
- 3
Give annually
You transfer the agreed amount each year (or in instalments). The term is at least five years.
- 4
Tax return
In your income tax return you state the periodic gift with our RSIN. Keep the agreement in your records.

Use the official form from the Dutch Tax Administration, 'Overeenkomst periodieke gift in geld' (periodic gift agreement). You fill it in together with us. We add our foundation details (RSIN 865237645) and both parties sign.

Send the completed form to info@wensambulancehaaksbergen.nl or by post to Schoolkaterdijk 51, 7482 PX Haaksbergen. We add our details, sign it and send you a copy for your records.
Tax benefit through our ANBI status
Because the Dutch Tax Administration has designated us as a public benefit organisation (ANBI, RSIN 865237645), we pay no gift or inheritance tax and your entire gift goes towards our wish rides. Whether and how much benefit you have exactly depends on your personal situation. Our treasurer or your own adviser can inform you about this.
Personal, no-obligation advice
Our treasurer has a broad financial and tax background and is happy to explain in person what a periodic gift means for you.
