I would so love to go to Scheveningen one more time

On Saturday 13 June, the volunteers of WishAmbulance Haaksbergen and surroundings were able to accompany a family and wish applicant on a special wish ride to the beach of Scheveningen. For a mother living in a hospice, a final wish came true: to enjoy the sea, the beach and precious moments with her family one more time.

Thanks to the dedicated volunteers Christel, Marcia, Ronald and Wilma, who made this wish possible with great care, attention and love, they had a lovely day on the Dutch coast and were back in Haaksbergen early in the evening. Special thanks go to Hart Beach Scheveningen, who lived up to their name and let their hearts speak.

For her and her family, we hope that these beautiful memories will forever hold a special place.
